Graphic Designer

Create still and animated graphics for both clients and D&P social media accounts, following the brand guidelines and a monthly content calendar
Design on-brand newsletter templates on Mail Chimp or Hubspot
Work on bespoke print and digital projects such as print magazine ads, invites etc.
Update the company decks on Google Slides
Support on creative proposals for pitches when required

Has 2-4 years experience in a design studio or agency
Has great knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom and XD. (After Effects and Premiere Pro would be a bonus)
Has animation skills to create motion graphics for social media and gifs
Has expert knowledge of digital design and artworking for print
Has an understanding of trends and social media
Is able to react to feedback and implement changes in a fast paced environment
Has good attention to detail and is extremely organised
Works well as part of a team as well as independently and manages their own workload
Is capable of following brand guidelines but also comfortable to add creative input to evolve them
Is able to juggle multiple tasks and adapt to different guidelines
Has good communication skills, both written and verbally
Is determined and passionate about what they do

Salary: Up to £27K DOE
