Junior Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

  • Ad-hoc communication with clients as required 
  • Creation of content calendars for client accounts 
  • Brand & influencer partnership strategy and outreach 
  • Develop and deliver creative campaigns for clients including for social media, CRM and ad hoc events
  • Support the Creative Team with weekly and monthly content shoots, including photography and videography
  • Liaise with the Creative Team to ensure content is produced on time for clients, briefing in work and managing workflow
  • Copywriting (and proofreading) for multiple digital marketing platforms, including website, newsletters and social media
  • Assisting with the development, delivery and reporting of CRM activities
  • Development and implementation of paid social advertising campaigns
  • Reporting on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis for all clients
  • Day-to-day management of junior team members to support their professional development

Must have

  • Minimum of 3 years digital marketing experience, in-house or in an agency environment
  • CRM and E-newsletter marketing experience
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Social media marketing experience
  • Paid social advertising experience
  • Experience working with consumer-facing clients, preferably premium or luxury offerings
  • A target-focused mindset
  • Excellent eye for detail

 

The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks with different clients as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of both the organisation and clients.
