A PR and Influencer strategy was implemented to support the launch. The announcement of the pop-up was communicated through a traditional PR strategy. Alongside the announcement, top tier media and influencers were invited on a press trip to experience the new pop-up at Bicester Village. Attendees sampled Holy Carrot’s breakfast menu while seated within Bicester Village’s VIP apartment. They were then invited for an exclusive shopping experience followed by lunch hosted by Holy Carrot founder Irina Linovich at the restaurant’s airstream.
